Kilgore Manufacturing was contracted by a military company to fabricate this part made from 6063 and 6061 aluminum. After completing some design elements, we employed a precision water jetting company to accurately create the brackets and plates. The base plate was then attached to the post by our welding department.
The other brackets were bent exactly to specification before all components were sent to get powder coatings applied. Once the durable coatings were applied, all components went to our assembly department where they assembled all pieces to complete the part.
